2. Educational Use Only
All information, materials, templates, and consulting provided by the Company are for educational and informational purposes only. We are not attorneys, tax advisors, accountants, or investment professionals. Nothing provided should be interpreted as legal, tax, or financial advice.
3. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee business results, financial outcomes, funding approvals, tax benefits, or any specific performance. Outcomes depend on user implementation, circumstances, and professional guidance outside our control.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials—including templates, documents, videos, and worksheets—remain the copyrighted property of Evermark Enterprise Consulting, Inc. You may use them for your personal or business education but may not redistribute or resell them.
5. Refund Policy
Because our products contain digital downloads, consulting time, or customized work, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
6. Scheduling of Services
Consulting and done-for-you services must be scheduled within 60 days of purchase unless otherwise stated. Failure to schedule does not entitle the purchaser to a refund.
7. Membership Billing
Memberships renew automatically each month until canceled. You may cancel at any time, but cancellations do not issue refunds for previously billed periods.
8. Limitation of Liability
You agree that the Company is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our materials or services.
